The FIAflex™ Animal Dander sIgE FIA Test F131-90811-202 is a fluorescence immunoassay designed for the qualitative detection of allergen-specific IgE (sIgE) antibodies against cockroach, dog dander and cat dander in human serum or plasma. The assay is intended to assist healthcare professionals in the diagnosis of Type I hypersensitivity reactions and related symptoms mediated by allergen-specific IgE antibodies. It is designed for use with the FIAflex™ Fluorescent Immunoassay Analyzer and provides results after a 15-minute reaction time.
