Eosin 25g Histology & Microscopy Staining Reagent

Eosin Y 25g is a laboratory staining dye widely used in histology, histopathology, hematology and microscopy. It is particularly well known as the counterstain used with haematoxylin in H&E (Haematoxylin and Eosin) staining, one of the most commonly used methods for demonstrating general tissue morphology. Eosin Y provides contrasting staining of many cytoplasmic and extracellular tissue components, complementing the nuclear staining produced by appropriately prepared haematoxylin. It is also used in other biological and laboratory staining applications.
