Disonmed BL-360D 360° Double-Sided LED Infant Phototherapy Unit

The Disonmed BL-360D Infant Phototherapy Unit is an advanced neonatal phototherapy system designed for the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia (newborn jaundice). Unlike conventional single-direction phototherapy units, the BL-360D provides 360° double-sided blue LED phototherapy, delivering light from both above and below the infant for a larger effective treatment area and more uniform irradiation. The upper and lower phototherapy systems can be operated independently, giving healthcare professionals flexibility to use upper phototherapy, lower phototherapy, or both depending on treatment requirements. Disonmed highlights the system's high irradiation intensity and uniform light distribution as features intended to improve phototherapy effectiveness. The BL-360D separately displays upper and lower phototherapy treatment times and automatically records individual therapy sessions as well as total accumulated operating time. It also provides separate displays for air temperature and skin temperature, supporting closer monitoring of the infant during treatment. For enhanced clinical safety, the unit incorporates alarms for power failure, temperature-probe failure, over-temperature and fan failure, together with power-off memory, alarm silence, control locking and system self-test functions.
