Dental Modelling Wax is a laboratory wax used for shaping, contouring and constructing wax patterns during denture fabrication and other prosthodontic laboratory procedures. Commonly supplied as smooth, flexible sheets, modelling wax can be softened with controlled heat and adapted to dental casts. It is widely used in the construction of occlusion rims, trial denture bases, tooth arrangement setups and wax contours before the denture is processed into its final material.
