MTA Root-X Pro by Denta Kris is an advanced Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA) root repair material formulated for professional endodontic procedures. It uses calcium-silicate MTA chemistry and is designed to set in the presence of moisture. The material is intended for several clinical endodontic applications, including root perforation repair, root-end filling, apexification, furcation repair and appropriate vital pulp therapy procedures. Its radiopacity allows the clinician to assess placement radiographically. MTA Root-X Pro is supplied as a powder-and-liquid system, with 1g of powder and 2ml of liquid. The components are mixed to the manufacturer's recommended consistency before placement at the prepared treatment site.
