GI-FILL Glass Ionomer Restorative Cement by Denta Kris is a conventional powder-and-liquid dental restorative cement designed for direct restorative applications. It provides radiopacity, high compressive strength and adhesion to enamel and dentine, making it suitable for selected permanent and primary-tooth restorations. Denta Kris identifies applications including Class III, Class V and small restorations, restoration of deciduous teeth, primary-tooth fillings, fissure sealing, cervical erosion fillings and fillings before crown preparation. As a conventional glass ionomer restorative material, it combines the useful properties associated with GIC technology, including adhesion to dental hard tissue and fluoride release. Glass ionomers are commonly used for restorative applications where their chemical adhesion and fluoride-release characteristics are beneficial.
