The Defibtech Lifeline AED DDU-100 Semi-Automatic External Defibrillator is a portable, reliable and easy-to-use emergency medical device designed to provide lifesaving defibrillation therapy to individuals experiencing sudden cardiac arrest.
Manufactured by Defibtech in the United States, the Lifeline AED combines advanced biphasic defibrillation technology with simple operating controls, clear voice instructions and illuminated visual indicators to guide rescuers through emergency treatment.
The device automatically analyzes the patient's heart rhythm, determines whether an electrical shock is required and prompts the operator to press the shock button when appropriate.
Its intuitive two-button interface features a green power button and a red shock button, allowing trained medical professionals and appropriately instructed members of the public to respond quickly during cardiac emergencies.
The Lifeline AED delivers 150 joules of adult defibrillation energy and supports paediatric treatment at 50 joules when used with compatible child/infant electrodes.
Engineered for demanding environments, the device features a rugged yellow-and-black housing, rubberized grips, resistance to dust and splashing water, and automatic self-diagnostic testing to help maintain operational readiness.
The Defibtech Lifeline AED is suitable for hospitals, clinics, ambulances, emergency response teams, schools, offices, hotels, factories, airports, offshore facilities and marine vessels, subject to appropriate installation, storage and maintenance conditions.
Its long-life battery options, lightweight construction and clear rescue instructions make it a practical emergency defibrillation solution for healthcare facilities and public-access defibrillation programmes.
