Bioelab AS-120 Full-Automatic Chemistry Analyzer

The BIOELAB AS-120 Full-Automatic Chemistry Analyzer is a compact automated biochemistry system developed for quantitative clinical chemistry testing in hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics and other medical laboratory environments. It provides a constant throughput of approximately 120 tests per hour for both mono- and double-reagent assays. The analyzer supports colorimetric and turbidimetric methods, including end-point, fixed-time and kinetic testing. The AS-120 incorporates 40 sample positions and 80 reagent positions, helping laboratories automate routine sample and reagent handling. Its reagent section provides continuous refrigeration, while an optional barcode reader can improve sample and reagent identification. The reaction system contains 50 disposable reaction cuvettes, with reaction volumes starting at approximately 150 µL and temperature maintained at 37 ± 0.1°C. Its sampling probe includes liquid-level detection and supports automatic sample dilution and STAT sample priority.
