The BIOBASE MX-T6-S Laboratory Roller Mixer is a compact laboratory mixing device designed for the gentle and uniform mixing of blood samples, viscous substances, and liquid-solid suspensions. BIOBASE specifically identifies applications including blood-sample mixing and helping prevent blood coagulation and immune precipitation during appropriate laboratory procedures. The MX-T6-S uses a combined rocking and rolling motion to continuously mix samples without the vigorous agitation associated with some other laboratory mixers. Its six-roller design provides a stable platform for sample tubes and containers while allowing easy cleaning. The unit provides an adjustable speed range of 0–70 rpm, a 24 mm rocking amplitude, six 280 mm rollers and a maximum loading capacity of 4 kg. It operates continuously and uses a brushed DC motor rated at 25 W.
