BIOBASE BTB-L15 15L Vaccine & Biosafety Cold Chain Transport Box

The BIOBASE BTB-L15 Vaccine & Biosafety Transport Box is a 15-litre insulated cold-chain transport container designed for the safe transportation and temporary storage of temperature-sensitive biological materials. The BTB-L15 is designed to maintain an internal temperature of 2°C–8°C for more than 24 hours at ambient temperatures up to 43°C, making it suitable for cold-chain transportation of vaccines and other compatible biological products. BIOBASE specifies PP + PE construction with polyurethane (PU) insulation. The cooling system uses phase-change ice boxes with sodium polyacrylate cooling material, while a digital thermometer provides real-time temperature monitoring with 0.1°C resolution. Beyond vaccine transportation, BIOBASE identifies the BTB series for transporting biological products requiring physical insulation, including blood, biological specimens and certain UN2814, UN2900 and UN3373 materials, subject to applicable packaging and transport requirements.
