Bi-Cartridge & Bi-Pouch Bicarbonate Hemodialysis Concentrate provide sodium bicarbonate powder for preparation of bicarbonate-containing dialysis fluid when used with compatible hemodialysis equipment. Each documented unit contains 650 g of NaHCO₃. The dry-powder format provides the bicarbonate component required by compatible dialysis-machine fluid systems during hemodialysis treatment. The Bi-Cartridge is supplied in a rigid polypropylene housing, whereas the Bi-Pouch uses flexible polyethylene packaging. Their connection formats are designed for different dialysis-machine platforms.
