The Agappe MISPA URISKAN 100 Plus is a compact semi-automated urine chemistry analyzer designed for fast, standardized and reliable routine urinalysis in clinical laboratories, hospitals, diagnostic centres and medical facilities.
The analyzer uses photoelectric colorimetry with an LED cold-light source to objectively read urine reagent strips, reducing the variability associated with manual visual interpretation. It offers a throughput of up to 120 strips per hour, making it suitable for laboratories requiring efficient routine urine chemistry testing.
MISPA URISKAN 100 Plus provides 10,000-patient-result memory, a built-in thermal printer and RS232/USB connectivity. Agappe also describes auto-correction technology intended to reduce errors caused by the influence of icteric urine samples.
Depending on the compatible reagent-strip configuration, urine chemistry parameters include bilirubin, blood, glucose, ketone, leukocytes, nitrite, pH, protein, specific gravity, urobilinogen and microalbumin.
