The Agappe Mispa i3 is a compact automated cartridge-based specific protein analyzer developed to simplify immunoprotein testing in clinical laboratories, hospitals and diagnostic centres.
It uses Nephelometry and Turbidimetry measurement technologies and Agappe's cartridge-based workflow to provide automated sample processing. Its Inject Aspiration System (IAS) aspirates the required sample and reagent volumes, helping reduce manual pipetting while the system performs functions including dilution, washing, mixing, incubation and measurement.
The Mispa i3 features a 7-inch colour TFT touchscreen, smart-card calibration, 650 nm laser LED light source, built-in thermal printer, optional handheld barcode reader and storage for 1,000 patient results. The minimum sample volume is 80 µL.
Agappe offers a broad assay menu for the system, including tests such as CRP, ASO, RF, HbA1c, Microalbumin, Ferritin, Cystatin C, hsCRP, immunoglobulins, D-Dimer, Vitamin D and Procalcitonin (PCT), depending on the compatible reagent cartridge used.
