The analyzer incorporates Agappe's Full-Sealed Matrix Spectrometric System (FMSS) with eight wavelengths from 340 to 670 nm. It supports colorimetric and turbidimetric assays and End Point, Fixed Time and Kinetic methodologies.
The Mispa FAB 120 provides 40 sample positions and 40 reagent positions, with onboard reagent cooling. Its multifunction probe includes liquid-level detection, vertical collision detection and real-time reagent-volume monitoring.
