Accu-Chek Instant Test Strips are blood glucose testing strips designed for use with the Accu-Chek Instant blood glucose meter. They enable quantitative measurement of glucose using only a small blood sample, making routine blood sugar monitoring quick and convenient. A major feature is the wide yellow dosing edge. Blood can be applied anywhere along the width of this edge rather than to one small target point, helping simplify sample application. Only 0.6 µL of blood is required, and the Accu-Chek Instant system provides results in less than 4 seconds. The strips are supplied in a protective vial and should be kept in their original container with the cap tightly closed to protect them from humidity.
