The ECORAY ECOVIEW 9 PLUS 500mA/40kW Direct Digital X-Ray Machine is a fixed Digital Radiography (DR) system manufactured by ECORAY in South Korea. It combines a high-frequency X-ray generator with a flat-panel detector (FPD) and digital acquisition workstation for rapid image capture, processing, storage and transmission. Unlike the analog configuration, this direct digital (DR) version captures the X-ray image electronically on the flat-panel detector, allowing the radiographer to view the image on the workstation within seconds without using conventional X-ray film or a CR cassette reader.
