The 3M™ Littmann® Classic III™ Stethoscope is a professional monitoring stethoscope designed for physical assessment, patient monitoring and auscultation of heart, lung and other body sounds. It is widely suited to doctors, nurses, medical students and other healthcare professionals working in non-critical care environments. The Classic III features a dual-sided stainless-steel chestpiece with tunable diaphragms, allowing clinicians to assess both adult and pediatric patients. The pediatric side can also be converted to a traditional open bell by replacing the diaphragm with the included non-chill bell sleeve. Its tunable diaphragm technology allows the clinician to hear different frequency sounds by changing the pressure applied to the chestpiece, while soft-sealing eartips provide a comfortable fit and effective acoustic seal.
