3.5L Anaerobic Culture Jar with Vacuum Pressure Gauge

The Anaerobic Culture Jar is a laboratory microbiology chamber designed to create and maintain oxygen-free conditions for the cultivation of anaerobic microorganisms. A common configuration uses a 3.5-litre transparent polycarbonate jar with an aluminium die-cast lid fitted with vacuum and pressure controls. It can be used with a vacuum pump and CO₂ gas supply or, when supplied with a suitable plain lid, with ready-made anaerobic gas packs. The transparent body allows culture plates to be observed without opening the chamber.
