The 15 × 12" B200 X-Ray Intensifying Screen is a radiographic accessory designed for use inside a compatible 15 × 12 inch X-ray film cassette. It converts incoming X-ray energy into visible light, which exposes compatible radiographic film and improves the efficiency of conventional film-screen X-ray imaging. The screen is positioned in close contact with the radiographic film inside the cassette. Good screen-to-film contact is important for maintaining image sharpness and consistent radiographic image quality.
